★ Within the US, orders from Cosmic Body usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

★ We want you to LOVE being a part of the Cosmic Body. We guarantee the quality of all products for 12 months and offer a 14 day exchange opportunity on all products we sell.

★ If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an error on our end or product quality, we are happy to exchange your purchase or refund your credit card.

★ Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment.

★ To process your return, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-433-0060. Our team is available Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm MST. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to find a match for your unique  needs or to arrange for a stress-free exchange, credit or refund. 

★ Should a return be requested, we offer two options: 

-- 1. You may receive a full refund in the form of a Cosmic Body digital gift certificate, and we will cover your return shipping.  This gift certificate will never expire, and you may choose to shop immediately, save for a later date or gift it to someone else.

-- 2. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping and administrative fee.

★ Once we have received the returned product, please allow 10 – 14 business days to process the transaction. Returns on gift cards are not accepted. Refunds, exchanges and store credit are available only for purchases made through cosmicbody.com. Shipping charges, custom fees or taxes are not eligible for refund.

★ Yes.  All products are gluten free.
